Machinery Cleaning
The quarantine requirements in every country differ. Due to our extensive experience, CMX Global Logistics have the knowledge and hands on experience to provide our customers with a complete machinery cleaning service. Our staff are all trained in AQIS standards and as such are aware of the complexities involved in the international transportation of used machinery.
For remote areas, CMX Global Logistics has a mobile cleaning facility that can be mobilised and travel to have your machinery cleaned prior to shipment.
CMX Global Logistics also offers a pre shipment inspection guarantee service, to ensure your cargo is landed and delivered on time and in budget.

Barging
CMX Global Logistics can offer complete transport packages, delivering modules, machines and project cargoes directly from the manufacturing source or place of purchase, to the construction / assembly site. Often machinery is located in areas that are not considered within the "normal" trading area. Our global network understands the best way to move your cargo from wherever the location. Whether it is a project barge or small LCT that is required, CMX Global Logistics will have the solution. We can even arrange any infrastructure modifications or construction that may be required to accommodate such a venture.

Packing and Dismantling
CMX Global Logistics can coordinate and execute all your receiving and packing functions. For whatever the cargo (whether EPCM cargo or project cargo). We will ensure the safe packaging and reporting of all dismantled plant and equipment received.

Storage and Distribution
CMX Global Logistics has at their disposal, Customs bonded and secure yards to provide you with storage and cleared goods storage, for you stock and equipment.
By bonding your cargo it allows you to defer duty payment until the machines are required for sale or removed from the Customs bond store, freeing up cash flow and streamlining the entire logistics chain.
Storage can be arranged for short term to long term. This facility can also be used when your agricultural machines or mining machines require repairing.

Marine Insurance
Marine Insurance covers the loss or damage of ships, cargo, terminals and any transport or property by which cargo is transferred, acquired or held between the points of origin and final destination.
CMX Global Logistics recommend that all shipments have marine insurance cover.

Customs and Tariff
Australian Customs legislation is complex, and includes penalty provisions for inaccurate reporting. Our Customs Brokers are experienced in machinery and have an in-depth knowledge of the rules that govern international trade. We efficiently manage your Customs and Quarantine barrier formalities and ensure your obligations to Customs, Quarantine and Taxation authorities are met.
We can identify and seek government incentives, ensure compliance with Australian Customs legislation, reduce indirect taxation liabilities and generally explore international trading opportunities. This includes identifying opportunities which your company may be eligible, including Tariff Order Concessions (TCO) and the Enhanced Project By-Law Scheme (EPBS) for Capital Equipment Projects.
USA Customs
We offer a full Customs brokerage service, transportation and import security filer. CMX has a national permit and are able to file RFL (Remote Location Filing) anywhere in the United States. We have experienced Customs brokers who have extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, heavy machinery and bulk items such as steel and chemicals.

Project Logistics & Management
CMX Global Logistics specialises in Project Logistics.
